Organizational Development
Achieving the operational and marketing goals in the organization is the key concern. Provide a support solution to this concern that can directly accelerate velocity. The proposal is to launch an organizational development (OD)-Coaching Program, within a business unit or country operation, and achieve enterprise goals in record time. This OD-Coaching Program will systematically work on the Strategy, Organization, and People (SOP) of the enterprise. This is a seamless and systematic leadership development initiative that directly links to business impact. "Unreasonable" stretch goals drive this intervention. It is OD that is based on aligning and living the company values/visions with the personal mission of each leader. Ideally, the country's Performance Management Planning (PMP) is built-in as an integrated part of the OD-Coaching Program. This is a six to twelve month OD coaching program which focuses on demonstrating the achievement of business stretch goals, BHAG's (Big Hairy Audacious Goals); with an emphasis in developing the emotional competencies of managers/leaders. Leaders commit to "doing what it takes" (DoWIT) in achieving breakthrough business results that requires their personal transformation. This program equips leaders with the tools to transform people and transform results. A coaching community, inspired with Hargrove's Masterful Coaching, is set up where managers operate from a culture of learning and continuous development.
The
program is implemented through a Launch and four facilitated intensives
delivered in four to eight-week intervals. Support is given between
intensives through Executive Coaching sessions in face-to-face House Calls
and e-Coaching. The challenge of coaching the Chairman and the members of the Board as well as the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Executive Committee is daunting to most organizations. Also, high performing executives with identified gaps to sustained success may need special support. These are scenarios were Executive Coaching may be the most effective intervention. Executive Coaching provides one-on-one, confidential, and
focused learning. The whole process is result driven within specified
parameters given a time frame of engagement. MCT is focused on developing organizational competencies by providing the tools without reinventing the wheel. Commitment is built and actionable steps taken for each competence with your managers. Do this in an interactive and fun way that uses the multiple intelligence of each participant, beyond boring lectures. The design
gives straight to the point and relevant training that can fit demanding
