Mr. Jerry Perez de Tagle is the President
of Integrative Learning International with offices in Manila and affiliates
in Taipei. He gave the name "Integrative Learning" to the
system in 1986 and was one of it's co-developers where he taught at
Syracuse University, New York, USA. Formerly the Director of Personnel
with Hilton Hotel at Syracuse, New York; Jerry provides a diverse background
of theory development and application for cutting edge change. His competency
is in the field of Training design/delivery, Rapid Organizational Development
and Executive Coaching. Ms. Menchi Diokno is the Executive Director of Integrative Learning International ( Philippines), Inc. Her extensive background in human resource development is instrumental in the implementation of client’s strategic business plans and people development. Menchi’s experience with clients like Monark Equipment Corporation, Aboitiz One & WG&A, Microsoft Great Plains, Lufthansa Technik Phils, & Holiday Inn Manila among others contributes to the consultancy and development work of current clients. Her competency is in the field of Training & Design, Comprehensive Organizational Development, Executive Coaching and Creativity. Mr. Bjorn Christian Martinoff. As Managing Consultant, he has a background in Mechanical Engineering and was trained in Germany. He has spent much time working with companies such as Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz mostly in California, but also in China and Germany. He has had great successes in Coaching in the technologies of Landmark Education, Anthony Robbins and Integrative Learning. He has enjoyed his experience as Executive and Results Coach in Europe, North America, and South East Asia. Mrs. Imelda Andres is a Management Consultant of Integrative Learning International (Philippines), Inc. She has a bachelor of science degree from of the University of Sto. Tomas and some masteral studies in business administration and organizational psychology. Her extensive work experience with various multinationals in the areas of sales management, training, marketing and people development allows her to effectively work with clients with regard to their needs on performance enhancement and organizational development. Ms. Ruth Collantes started her training practice with Intel Philippines and later joined Motorola Philippines as Training Manager. Exposed to multinational companies, she later ventured to regional practice for another multinational corporation and was expatriated for almost three years. Driven towards by a personal mission of contributing to the lives of people, she returned to the Philippines to join Integrative Learning International which shared the same vision. Ruth specializes in Behavioral and Leadership development training but most of all, claims desire for people's growth as her primary passion. |
